FINEPLACER® CRS
Compact Rework System
FINETECH's complete rework station for customers needing a fixed configuration. All compact rework stations offer fast set up and easy operation. Plug in and ready for rework, no time-consuming cabling necessary. The CRS systems come in specific configurations and offer some additional options to customize the machine to special applications. Very high accuracy [10 µm (0.4 mil) placement accuracy] allows this machine to be used for smallest components with pitch down to 100 µm. Benefits of the Compact Rework Systems:

The CRS 10 is useful for small to medium scale assembly or high precision rework of soldered components on medium to large size SMD boards. This rework station comes fully equipped with a sophisticated COMISS reflow module for the top heating, and high performance full area bottom heating (RB11).
The large field of view makes it possible to align large components, e.g. "Super BGA", with side lengths of up to 45 mm, without additional optics. Even larger components can be aligned using FINETECH's Split Field Optics "MIRAGE".
