Advanced rework applications: small passives (01005, 0201,...) components and single ball rework with ball sizes smaller than 200 microns. Of course the system is capable of handling the complete range of standard rework applications, such as BGA, CSP, QFN, MLF, QFP, TSOP, PLCC, connectors, C4 FlipChips. The maximum component size depends on the field of view. |
