Whether during warranty or afterwards - in the interest of our customers, we generally offer fast response and short turnaround times as well as non-bureaucratic support with spare parts and loaner modules so that you can use your system without restrictions at any time.

Even before you buy, our experienced and highly qualified application and product engineers investigate the technological feasibility based on your specific application challenge and evaluate the optimal machine configuration as well as suitable assembly or rework processes. If desired, Finetech will also support you in designing your own processes.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance of your machines and tools extends their service life. Our trained service engineers and qualified specialists from our sales partners offer you a wide range of maintenance services. For new machines, we also offer multi-year maintenance contracts.

System upgrade / update

Finetech machines are known and appreciated for their long service life and wide range of applications. To ensure compatibility with current technologies and so that you benefit from new hardware and software features, we offer numerous options for updating your existing system with the latest software or new process modules directly on site, whenever technically feasible.

Training

You want to make full use of new and extended possibilities of your machine or ensure that your colleagues learn quickly how to operate the machine? We offer courses with different training levels for all machines and application areas as well as customer-specific training courses with individually defined content. We also cooperate with certified training partners such as Rafi, IZM, BondIQ and Piek. Many training courses can also be conducted online.

Application-specific tools have an important role as the interface between machine and customer application. With nearly 30 years of experience in the design and manufacture of assembly and rework tools, Finetech has a lot of know-how and offers a wide range of tooling for all applications. We will be happy to advise you on our tool categories and ordering options.

Your Finetech machine is to be relocated and you want to be sure that the dismantling, assembly and readjustment are carried out professionally and without delay? You want your machine to be ready for operation again as quickly as possible and in the quality you are used to? We will take care of this for you.

Finetech offers numerous maintenance and adjustment resources, e.g. for setting the placement accuracy and parallelism of your FINEPLACER® system, for calibrating temperature and bonding force or for the adjustment and maintenance of placement, bonding and soldering heads.
